     Over the years, CivilWorksInc³ has had the opportunity to work on several projects for The Thomas & Mack Development Group.
     One such project, El Campo Grande, is comprised of 38.20 acres for commercial development.  The vacant site is bordered by Nellis Air Force Base to the South and West.  In 2003, Thomas & Mack initially requested our services with a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA).
     The objective of a Phase I ESA is to to determine the presence or absence of recognized environmental conditions, defined by the American Society For Testing and Materials, due to past or present uses of the property or other properties in the vicinity.
     The El Campo Grande property is also situated near a former landfill.   As a result, an on-going Phase II Hydrology Well-Sampling was requested.  CivilWorksInc, performs well-testing to monitor the ground water conditions.
